An example of what a coaching program might look like – the choice is entirely yours!
Intake Session
This session is always free. In about half an hour, we’ll get to know each other better, and I can tell you whether I believe I can help you. You’ll also have the space to see if there’s a connection. That way, you’ll know for sure if I’m the right person for you to work with.
Get to Know Yourself Better
We’ll uncover your core question and set up a coaching agreement.
Based on the six factors of job happiness, we’ll explore which areas we can work on.
Using methods such as walk-and-talk coaching, recovery support after job loss, NLP, the power of motivation, growth mindset, or discovering hidden talents, you’ll gain insights into how you function at work.
It’s also possible to create a personal motivation profile to pinpoint exactly where your motivation lies and what that means for your career. Career or personality assessments can also be used.
You’ll receive exercises to work on at home. Sometimes you’ll feel resistance or hit a low point – that’s part of the process. Change is never a straight upward line!
Even those just starting out in the job market are in the right place at Femnomenaal. Start strong, know what you want, and take charge of your career!
Sometimes it can be helpful to use a validated test to discover your interests and competencies. Femnomenaal uses the LINC 3 – an innovative new career test that gives you a clear overview of your learning and development potential in the workplace.
